Weather
Anything goes for weather in March in Wisconsin! Be prepared for sun, rain, snow, or all of the above. Average temps at the beginning of March tend to be highs in the 40s and lows in the 20s. Trails conditions are very weather dependent in March, snow and ice can linger. Prepare accordingly.
Hunting and The Tour de Dodge
The Tour de Dodge occurs during spring turkey hunting season. We strongly advise runners to wear blaze orange or other high-visibility clothing.

Rules
We have a few rules/requirements for our races that sort of go without saying… but you can and should read them anyway.
Sustainability
The Tour de Dodge is a cupless race. We take sustainability seriously and want to keep our environmental impact to a minimum. You can purchase a collapsible cup for race day here or add one onto your race registration for $5.
Diversity/Equity/Inclusion
The Driftless Trail Collective welcomes everyone to our events and into the broader trail running community as a whole. You are welcome and valued here regardless of your race, gender, sexual identity, orientation or preference, religious, spiritual, or political beliefs, socioeconomic status, age, or how slow or fast your run. We treat everyone with respect and dignity and expect all participants in DTC events to do the same.
Gender-Affirming Policy
When registering for the Tour de Dodge and all events put on by the Driftless Trail Collective, please select the gender that matches your own. Transgender entrants can register to compete as either male or female with no restrictions. Non-binary entrants are welcome to register in either the explicit, non-binary category or in whichever gender category they wish.

Participant/Finisher Items
All registrants will receive a custom DTC Silo shoe bag. Every participant who finishes will also receive one of our unique horseshoe medals! The top three finishers of each gender category (men, women, and non-binary) will get a customized version of this prize to reflect their placing in the race.
